good company to start with

Overall a good place to work. mid sized local company
there are positives and negatives.
It really depends on which team you land in whether or not you’ll have a great experience here.
I worked for several months on a really great team and learned a lot.
Management, HR was not very respectful and knowledgeable.
Then I moved to another team and it was very different. It became an unhealthy culture, I felt belittled and scrutinized on every little thing.
Just interesting how under the same roof there are totally different teams.

Is a great company, great people 98%
But 2 of upper management made our work harder and miserable, great pay, great lunch, but long hours,
not time for family or personal goals

Office hours are 8:30 to 5:30 with a 2 hour lunch period. They require that you work at least 50 hours a week at a prime rate
