I am also pleasantly surprised at the immediate responsiveness of our Dev and IT teams when there is a critical client issue - it is an all-hands-on-deck approach which truly minimizes client impact. In addition, our senior management team is approachable and open to input. My boss is hands-on and always willing to help but is not a micromanager; she is also a great teacher. This company has a lot going for it. Located off the interstate. A decent gym downstairs that you get a discount on membership if you work in the building. That is really about it. Inept, condescending management. I had a house fire in December,2010 and the HR director was on the phone to me 4 days later ordering me to return to work due to year end closing/audit. When told I had no place to live and the demand was ridiculous, I was told I was being disrespectful and that it wasn't there problem. This continued for several more phone conversations until they met with me at my home. Now the CEO was involved, and I was lied to about working with them until I got back on my feet.
