A very established organization that provides opportunity to enhance skill set with health insurance and the legal ramifications in that respect.

A typical day consists of calls made to and from clients. In addition to reviewing files, following up on cases and generating appeals. Through the years I have had the opportunity to learn the ends and outs of health plans. Over the last year there has been a great deal of turnover in management and thus inconsistent leadership to meet company's expectations. In addition to have a great deal of turnover with respect employees and thus causing difficulty to work as team. Hardest part of the job was meeting company's expectations as it was contiually changing with management. However, it was a great experience with respect learning variety of contract languages between clients (hospitals) and health plans.
