Company solely interested in the amount of money each client brings not-
And not interested in the act of actually helping those in need.
Clients are looked down upon and spoken to in the most disrespectful manner.
Clients are degraded and harassed by staff with no repercussions from the current administer.

At the facility that I was at there were no people in recovery as RC. The nurse ran the place.

One of the craziest, most hypocritical place I've ever been employed at. They had 3 Administrators in a year and a half. They wrote policy and procedure that only I followed on days and no one working there was happy about it. Admin, therapist, and other employees totally disregarded Stepworks U. It was crazy. I was fired for taking my own medication.

A place to help those suffering from addiction.

As daughter who watched her Dad overcome the disease of addiction I was a little nervous to work this closely with others suffering. But Stepworks took the time to educate me on the disease of addiction and what it means to walk with those suffering. I believe most every employee is here to play a role in life-saving work. In the last year, I have seen management begin to take a more active role in employee communications and feedback and work to develop culture an improve employee morale across all locations. This was a growing pain as the company expanded from one facility to five in just a few short years.
I am thankful to be a part of this team and look forward to where we are headed for the future.
