We need a pay equity review to give equal pay for equal value, that actually takes on board what women and minorities have to say. We need to be an organization run by skilled scientists rather than bureaucrats who have given up on life. We also need a route for career progression for those who don’t want to be managers. Stop doing cynical “studies” on how to improve the workplace with no executive action. If you value employees and pay them properly they will stop quitting after three years.
