Management is never concerned with your wellbeing. Supervisors are no better. Turn over rate is terrible. If you are a good worker, you’ll get burnt out in a few months due to picking up everyone else’s slack. 0/10 would not recommend. I might not know who you are, but you deserve better.

Unfairness and Loads of Drama

Everything was fine in the beginning. Until. I got written up due to having a medical condition and was threatened to be fired if I missed one more day. Co-Workers would stab you in the back and even give you the silent treatment. In the end I learned that you cant trust anyone, and that you are a worthless person.

Fun little supervision

Don’t get me wrong I love my work my regulars are the best but corporate lied to us about us being able not keep our job through the kwik trip transition I’ve put up with so much for this store watched a guy “pass out “ in the bathroom, been harassed , delt with men trying to intimidate me I work alone at night I was even offered a bonus! Just to get an email telling me I’m not qualified to do my own job all the favoritism I’ve went through 3 managers in 3 years

It was a good first job but not for people having to provide for their family for a living. No advancement in the future so it would be good for summer jobs or someone in college. The boss is very understanding and willing to work with your schedule and needs.
