If you are an installer your work is life. 12+ hour days. The install crew are made up of really good people although they are not all progressive. Safety rules are followed and you are encouraged to say no if you do not feel safe doing something. Mostly out of town work when i was there. It is fast paced but you are entrusted to own your work and get it done. It is very collaborative environment and the team structure reflects that, it is not a top down structure which is nice.
