Paid Parking- which employer requires their employees to pay to park at work, seriously?
Raises-one would assume a company would give raises, at a minum to keep up with the rate of inflation. This company hardly ever gives raises and if they happen they are 2% or so.
Career Growth-not alot of time or energy is put into staff outside of the broker positions. If your a not a broker role I would strongly consider other companies.
Leadership- not alot backing from your leadership what so ever here. The bully approach is common practice here and in most cases ignored my leadership.
Transparency-very unclear on what the directive is for not only long term but short term as well. The old quote "trying to hit a moving target" here is very fitting with this company.
Turnover-the amount of turnover here is shocking. I have worked my whole career in real estate services which does have a larger turnover than most. However this place takes the cake in that department.
I read a few of the other reviews that use TOXIC to describe this place. Although I will say at first my time here was some what pleasant. However TOXIC is a great way to describe the culture here overall over the past few years unfortanatly.

Most TOXIC company you can possibly find

A few nice people here and there but that’s about it.

Extremely toxic and pretentious people who will walk all over you in an instant. Steer clear of this place at all costs!!!!!!!! They try to make it seem like they have everything all together, yet so many departments are complete disasters and you WILL be miserable working here. So many backstabbing people in so many departments, too many people in management that have no idea what they’re doing, and they will easily and happily lie right to your face. Only way you’ll enjoy it here is if you’re a “favorite” and suck up to all the white rich males who run everything. No respect or any kind of decency towards certain “groups” of people. Lots of harassment happens constantly that goes unreported due to HR being a complete joke. Too many miserable people who won’t speak up about the real issues and severe mistreatment of employees.

Maybe take a look at your current management who have no experience elsewhere and fire them so things can actually get done. Take harassment seriously instead of letting it constantly be swept under the rug. Treat people like actual humans rather than disposable labor servants.
