What is the best part of working at the company?
Really bad experience with this fintech organisation. No job security, every month ther will be performance discussion which will demotivate you like anything. I just left this organisation within one year. No work life balance. Weekends working as well. No flexibility in terms of WFH. No transport facility. Lot of micro management and favouritism.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No work life balance. No flexibility in terms of WFH. All 5 days you have to be in office.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very bad experience. Sanctions team is the worst in Bangalore. Micro management is there. Process wise also it's not good. Even weekend working will be there. For small errors also every month there will be one of one discussion. No job security. Completing probation period is only tough.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
After login you will get lot of work, and pressure. Don't get time to take enough breaks as well. All 5 days you are supposed to come to office.

Overpaid leaders who delegate to lower-paid staff with a lackluster strategy.
They give these directors a big budget only to squander it and when it's time to cut their losses they lay off the people that were underpaid and overworked to activate an annual goal with no strategy in the first place. They wasted a whole year- time and recourses then blamed the little guy. Laying off people every 3 months since last year. Blame the top leaders.

Amable colaborativo y respetuoso ambiente de trabajo, lastimosamente al ser trabajo tercerisado las decisiones acerca de horarios, como tan solo media hora de almuerzo se toman en Colombia, no directamente la empresa.
Jefes empáticos y preparados en el cargo, sin embargo al finalizar mi contrato las personas que eran ascendidas a supervisor o contaban con las capacidades ni con la experiencia para dirigir un equipo.

Toxic culture of management constantly forcing a more extreme workload with no respect for your personal time. Constant after hours calls and endless carrot dangling with no actual reward. Managers who go completely against written and published company policy and treat you like a disposable piece of machinery.
The only enjoyable part of the job was the paycheck, which in hindsight was not worth it.
