Great teamwork and culture. But dealing with a number of clients(agnecies) has always been challgenging and lots of drama. There will be a considerable amount of -out of working hour- drinking and dining with clients as well. I strongly recommend against working for Studygroup. Staff that work hard only get burdened with more tasks and responsibilities. Staff often work over thier hours and many have left due to work place bullying. Higher management have no regard for workload and often change thier mind last minute. Students are just a money source and higher management don't really care for thier overall wellbeing. Well organised. Adapted well and swiftly to online delivery. Not sure if much scope for career progression. Sessional contracts don't seem to be as insecure as they sound. We are very well looked after - taken out, appreciated and a kitchen stocked with food and hot drinks.
