Great meaning company with poor compensation and direction.

The environment is overall respectful and kind. Coworkers are friendly and supportive. This would be a good place to get a start in the tech industry, but I would not plan on making it a long term career. They are very good about encouraging and honoring work/life balance.

The company does not pay well especially in lower positions. You should not expect raises to be regular, to correspond to the market, or to match the effort you put into your job. The companie's current compensation plan is constructed to allow the company to not give you a raise unless the company meets all of their sales goals (regardless of whether you are on the sales team or not).
The company has struggled with its direction and execution of the last several years, riding high on the online streaming boom of the pandemic and fumbling the rollout of their church management system. The product strategy lacks cohesion and the stakeholders often demonstrate a lack of knowledge about the functionality of the products they have released.

Very organized in onboarding. Thorough understanding of organization, goals, mission and opportunities. Co-workers have a culture of collaboration and helping each other grow in their position. My manager and others I know there were very encouraging and very much for the personal and professional growth of each person on their team. Never felt like a top down hierarchy that pressed on their people in a negative way. Unfortunately I had to resign my position due to an international move for my spouse's job.

Full remote work is harder than everyone thinks. You need strong desire and self motivation. Some of the technical details could have been trained more. In sales, the target is constantly moving to reach EBITDA and business development. I witnessed the first lay-offs in the history of the company and it was pretty jarring for employees who had been there for a few years or more. Not the normal practice. Leadership didn't sweep under the rug and addressed it company wide but it was swift and immediate and unknowing until the day it came. It was a lot of work and grind for an average salary.

Can't speak across the board, but the onboarding team atmosphere was phenomenal. Even working remotely, I felt very connected to everyone on my team. There is a seriousness to the care of each individuals growth as an employee and a human being.

Communication across the whole company could have been better. There were times that things went unmentioned, and there were missed opportunities for teams to work together toward a common goal.
