The work environment is challenging yet rewarding. Suffolk Federal gives me the opportunity to help our community achieve their financial goals! New technology has been put in place within the last year to provide instant, easy, and overall giving the members the best member service experience. The company has a flexible work environment, understanding the importance of work/life balance. They provide an exceptional employee benefit package, even giving your birthday as paid time off!! Change isnt always a con, more of an adjustment. We are finally going to be able to move the credit union forward. I am very excited to be working there because I now believe that I will be given opportunities that would not have been available to me.
