Unless you have prior experience in CRM sales, I don’t recommend going there. You will be required to sell a list of products with no training and a ridiculous quota.

Working here could not be worse. It's a common occurrence to be bullied, belittled, and insulted. Senior Management are people that are there because they accept and participate in this behavior. It's a horrible company.

Knee jerk reactions are the order of the day.
|
Culture is promised based, and ultimately is a girls club, run by boys, if that makes sense. The promise of going public as a company is dangled over the heads of employees, but behind the scenes, there are some really nefarious dealings taking place.
If you don't fit into the scheme, you will be isolated, and targeted by folks who smile in your face, but will quickly try to set you up for failure, in order to cover up their mistakes.
If you want to muddle along in a mediocre atmosphere, with zero promise, this is for you. If you want to play make believe, like this is a company on the precipice of greatness, then this is the place for you.
Otherwise, look elsewhere!

There are many great, hardworking, and friendly people working here. Only place I've worked where senior management brags about how many they fire. Arbitrary Deadlines, Unclear expectations, Some bad apples in positions of influence.

Sales people were reporting to Marketing, we were supposed to provide demonstrations of the product, however, there was no training for the online demo program and often the program would crash.
Teaming with the Outside Sales Reps was a collaborative process and the reps were appreciative of the opportunities I provided them.
