If you thrive in a completely toxic work environment, this is the place for you. Imagine all the worst aspects of high school, clique-y gossipy nonsense, and try making that conducive to running a business. Management is rude and uncaring, and they run on the basis that they are a “family” but act like no family I would ever want a part of. To double down with the other reviews here, run as fast and as far away as you possibly can.

This company has very little to offer their employees so I am having a hard time coming up with a pro. Perhaps the only pro is that they are so disorganized and unstructured that their employees can come and go as they wish, leave for lunch and never return, or take far more PTO days then they are allowed.

everything! Management is so terrible, the office itself hasn't been updated in 30 years, you may or may not receive your compensation/bonuses. Everything that is monetary is discretionary so really up to how management feels on a particular day. I can't stress how bad management is. So much favoritism for some employees who literally do absolutely nothing all day while others who work are belittled, yelled at, sworn at or completely ignored. Their processes haven't been updated in 30 years so they cannot keep up with the changing times particularly in terms of technology.

SU is a good company to work for, they care about the staff and desire to provide a quality service for the clients. I like working with my team because we each compliment the ablities of each other.
|
I think they embrace technology in a better way. Several companies that I have worked for in the past use IM systems to aid in different departments communicating and that has not been done here (yet.) Also, there seems to be a lot of processes that could be improved.
