Such an old school way to run a company, with a culture of fear and intimidation, I only stuck it out because they paid fairly well other than that I hated being there. The deal partners were awful barely bothered to remember your name or remember you are human. Its just a horrible environment and not for the faint hearted at all and if you are not part of the stuffy staff members then you are some sort of outcast. Worst place I have ever worked in my 15 year career.
