The Call Center manager has no open communication with all employees about issues with the systems / Website Issues can go on for days / months with out accurate information to tell consumers, the IT Department itself seems to not know how to do their jobs either with as much errors happen on a daily basis . Teamleaders / coaches management in general are lazy and on a power trip and like to pass work off to others . They promote/ praise the agents that don’t do the job accurately but never actually praise the good workers unless a customer calls in a “Kudos” which is ridiculous.
Christmas parties have ceased in the passed years because it’s cheaper and seems like Sundance is cutting costs for the Call Center employees but I’m sure management and corporate gets a Holiday Party and bonuses. Management is the worst here communication is like crickets, They seem to think they don’t have to tell employees certain issues until it becomes a huge issue with customers

Good employee discount, flexibility with start time/end time, you get to bring your dog when you work in the corporate building, great people to work with other than management.

Over the course of the past year, they have cut matching 401K, laid off employees who have dedicated over 10 years to Sundance, stopped providing any lunches we used to get, forcing us to come into office 3 days a week, not giving out raises or bonuses, they are over working and under paying so many employees, and honestly don’t seem like they care about the employee anymore. They care about dollars. I used to love working here, but now I dread coming into the office. Management doesn’t care to get to know you and you are lucky if you get a “ Good Morning” when they walk in for the day. It’s sad to see they only are keeping the work from home position for the call center because other than that, they wouldn’t have any employees to work for the call center because the pay is terrible. They can’t stay up with the times and we are using systems that are outdated. They don’t promote from within, they would rather outside hire and train people in our outdated system.
