Outside influences- tariffs- led the company to shut down. We were trying to insert an Operations mindset into a company of Sales and Engineering. I really believed it was a promising Green company, but steel was 95% of the solar trackers- they only had 18% margin prior to 25% tarriffs on overseas steel, and they were capital poor.

My Time at SunLink

I enjoyed working at SunLink. There were some very intelligent folks that worked there and it had a great working environment. Things have changed in the past couple of years both in the solar industry and at SunLink. Overall, I enjoyed my time working for SunLink and am proud to have worked there and the positive impact the company is having by getting MWs of solar installed.

Great business model with hard working and caring project management team put in 100% toward Sunlink customers. A lot of opportunities in SCM and it's very difficult to change from unproductive Plan A to B... It will be costly if Plan A is existing... lack of quality data... should apply Best Practice and better Quality Data toward plan B.

Management was so new, and little training provided. Asked for training, and sessions were scheduled and then cancelled. Hiring manager has no logistics experience, and the entire management was too new.

Typical day performing patient relations clincal and clerical. I learned to alternate between two locations. Management was average and co-workers were great. The hardest part was learning to deal with drug addicted patients. The best part was when treatment worked.
