People were cordial, location of office is very convenient. Management treats you like a criminal on work detail. Watches every move, totally mirco-managed while not giving you the opportunity to really do your job efficiently. Treated employees like children. Made a lot of promises but never came through. Very tense work environment. Rampant favoritism. Cheap with office comforts but wasted money on luxuries for the Executive. Tried to create a positive work environment but it came off as insincere. Great to be working for the benefit of society. I learned a lot about the solar industry due to their extensive experience. Leadership detached and cold which dictated corporate culture. Hard to commit heart and soul with that kind of leader. The business model is not sustainable. Before the organization was flattened and Mitsui gave up ownership, it was a good company with the potential to be great. The team members who were in the trenches were smart, and pulled together well to make things happen, in spite of the constant changes in business strategy.
