No proper training will provide you by anyone 2. They have expectations for perfection from the freshers. 3. rather than work they focus on your personal life in the office. 4. There are hidden cemra and spickers everywhere so they can listen your personal conversation. 5. No privacy 6. 7 days working 7. Working hour are very very long 8. Salary always came after 5 every month. 9. HR department is very lazy you have to rush in every 10 mins if you have imp work there. 10. HOD is not at all supportive to there emplyees. 11. You have to request 100 times for urgent leaves. 12. DIRECTOR & MD do not trust on there hardworking employee. 13. NO MOTIVATION NO APPRECIATION 14. you can expect major increment salary after so much of hard work. A big Long list: 1. No working environment. 2. Director is illiterate. 3. no one has any views on what they are working. 4. Complete family run business. 5. Icing on the cake is one more family member has joined in and he has no idea why he is there and bully employees. 6. No point of view for employee. 7. No employee engagement programs. 8. HR have no idea why they are hired for. 9. No vision of the company. 10. Lack working culture. 11. Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month. 12.
