Management have no long term strategy and are in constant cycles of reactive measures. Eg. Letting go of experienced staff and sporadically throwing money at things that don’t work.
There’s no staff loyalty with regular annual rounds of redundancies. Ageist workplace that doesn’t respect experience or acknowledge and foster people’s strengths.
Management roles are recruited from within (it’s who you know), with little experience or knowledge in the area they’re being promoted to, hence the lack of direction. Pay is average and not in line with experience or industry standards.
Very insular / silo-like workplace culture.

The other front-line employees are generally nice people.
There are some prima facie "perks" such as free Coke No Sugar in the kitchen, ping pong table and Friday snacks.

Superloop has no tangible direction. Sales are the sole driving force behind "progress", coming at the expense of any kind of long-term strategy. Leadership is paralysed by indecision, with regular hints of boardroom animosity filtering down to front-line staff.
Innovation is at a standstill at Superloop. There is no drive whatsoever from leadership to do anything "different" or "interesting".
Internal barriers and "siloing" are a regular feature of day-to-day interactions at Superloop, with several of these barriers having their origins in previous acquisitions of other companies. Several internal departments suffer from chronic cases of SEP (somebody else's problem). Getting things done in anything resembling a timely or efficient manner is a potluck depending on which teams and/or people are involved.
Superloop has no learning & development policy for staff. Employees are expected to learn and develop skills on their own, with no support or assistance of any kind from the company.

A clear and consistent strategy, developed by leadership and shared with the entirety of the company, would be a welcome change. The encouragement of innovation, both with words and actions, would also be welcomed.
Make a greater effort to break down the barriers within the company. Everyone can see them, and the front-line employees have to deal with them all too often.
Construct a learning & development policy, employ someone to manage the implementation of that policy and start adequately supporting your employees in their career development.
