Basically own the market for their product category. | Desperately need to get rid of the dead wood, i.e. most of the PA office. Sure Fit's biggest problem, from an organizational standpoint, is that it lets the tail wag the dog. The company started out in the Allentown area and they don't want to get with the times. Lots of old-line, nepotistic mentalities.
