Not only did they change the time of the interview without asking, I showed up to the interview wearing a dress & they asked me to stretch someone, which I was never given a heads up on. Meanwhile, asking me a barrage of "we just want to know your pov" questions. Management played favorites, and if you weren't in the "good ole boys club" then forget trying to succeed there. There was nepotism from the lowest levels of the company to the top. The tone at the top was toxic, and this reached every corner of the company. The operations management left something to be desired however. They are located through of the United States and we were in turn enlisted to travel throughout the United States and we retained to benefits of travel mileage in addition to rental and lodging points. It was way too easy to get the job. The training was repetitive. However, they started letting people from my training group in the first few days of training. They called it "right sizing". I thought if they had done a better job upfront in interviewing then they wouldn't have to start letting people go on training. I was let go just as training was finishing up. I was there for three weeks. I asked for help and I guess that came off as not fit for the job (it was a simple question). Nobody in my training group works there now.
