The environment is toxic and stressful. No work-life balance because every week, the schedule changes. Micromanaging at its finest. When they said that it’s a fast-paced environment, it’s literal. Ready your mental and physical health. Management is also biased and promotes people with no experience or based on their closeness.

Minimum pay for hard work
|
Pay was minimal for the job but at least got to work remotely during the pandemic. It gets hard when you get back to back calls.
They keep making the metrics harder to achieve every time the team performs well. Except the calls and issues take the same time and resources. Nice job to start with but not to stick around. However, it gets hard to apply for other jobs when working here.

Constant change makes it chaotic, and there is seemingly a very small change to your overall pay no matter where you lay on the food chain, this is fairly "expected" in the industry, but very disappointing given that Sutherland preaches their internal promotions. Great place to be in a short term, maybe long term? But that middle ground seems to really be harsh.
