Coworkers are regularly encouraged to share work when applicable. The size of the company allows for good communication and events. As an intern I still sat in on several company wide meetings to discuss the direction the company was moving in, large milestone goals, and schedules. Also, a monthly food truck lunch social increased employee mingling.
