Freshers who are native and totally free can work for a while.

Joining with out any paperwork, just a phone call. You couldn't actually tell when you will get paid. Over work in the name of research that too with worst kind of treatment.

Nothing, highly overrated company with no benefits.

Very rude manager that runs the company. I got an phone interview after had conversation of just 5 mins I realized this company is not my cup of tea. Doesn't know how to talk to person and what kind of questions need to be put through for screening procedure. He need more experience and should understand people then only he get talented people for his concern.

It is not a company, basically a molecular diagnostic lab. Founder director behaves like mad very often and I have seen many girl employees crying because of his bad and abusive language. He never agree with common lab logics and when we ask a solution for a problem he will never react. After finishing experiments somehow he will call and shout. His speech will start like 'what the ******* you people are doing there...........' (I can type his words but glassdoor people will delete it). Many talented people were escaped or thrown out from this place for silly reasons / his rude behaviour. They have a land phone through which the founder calls and shouts at you for each and everything.
I know one guy submitted resignation letter and next day they gave him a firing letter so that they don't have to give him salary or experience certificate. That is their approach towards employees. Another time they made the staff to work entire day and night.
His mother is another specimen, she is expert in putting blame on others, even for her mistakes. They will make u work entire month and then terminate before 31st. So that they don't have to give you any money
In my case also they created a situation to throw me out.

If you dont know how to solve an issue, please accept it. Don't put entire blame on others and fire them. Better go back to Cambridge and take an admission in some course teaches how to behave well with other human beings. May be a behaviour psychologist can help you

No suggestions are taken. Extremely rude behaviour. You will be reprimanded, no matter how great your work is.
They'll cry to turn on AC. So it'll be like Blood, Sweat and Tears with them being the profiteers! It is impossible to work without AC inside the lab, but they want to save money!
Tell them you gonna resign, they'll talk to you about your hike, which is very low.
CEO doesn't know the consequences of abusing Indians forgetting that he, himself is an Indian.
Many good and extremely talented people left the company because of the CEO's rude behaviour!
My whole experience was a nightmare!
Now, after resigning, I am having a peaceful life with better salary! Thank God!
I could type all day, but I'm scared of not putting right words!
