Good people, confused management

The people at Swell are all really fun to work with. It has a good surf industry vibe about it. The workers all seem to know their business.
|
The management is a bit disorganized. The newer owners took a company that needed a small boost and completely tried to rework it to less than stellar results. Massive layoffs coming.
