Honestly not much. I left for a bigger salary. Maybe when they questioned my ‘unlimited’ sick time after 3 or 4 days (not consecutively) and said “Jeeze you guys sure get sick a lot”

Strong leadership, sense of community, proper company culture, they take feedback seriously and have clear, measurable targets for improvement (both professionally and personally), meetings are structured and to the point (no wasted time or effort), very data driven

- Lack of diversity on the leadership team. - Leadership team is obsessed with the revenue goals and increasing the cost of the service without adding actual value. - They seem to hire ethnic women for appearance, and pigeon hole them into undesirable roles. - No clear growth paths for career advancement. - Toxic culture of firing people at random and do not hire replacements, expecting current staff to take on the extra workload without complaints or compensation. - Constant expectation of doing more than you are hired for without direction.

relaxed work culture with not a lot of accountability so its easy for everyone to take a chill pill and just focus on their own job

the work culture is strange and the team leaders including the CEO say outlandish things at times. Everyone is told to just focus on their jobs and not interfere in anything else. very few people in the company are worth their salt. there is no mentorship nor anything to learn from the dept leaders.
