Unfortunately, Swing doesn’t have many job sites in my county and I would have to drive 60 minutes to pick up a temp sub job. The pay is decent however, there are never any available jobs. If you are looking to have consistent money coming in, SWING is not the company for you. Pay depends on school but can be pretty good. Work environments at the schools have been great so far. Some jobs are more involved than others depending on the age of the class. There are both long-term and single day/several day assignments. I've met several school employees who used to work for Swing and got their current job that way. Limited opportunities at times. No bonus this year. As the headline states. I assume they have to deal with a lot of competitors. The do not pay the highest - nor do most. They had a bonus last year, but not this year. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Depends on which school I go or what grade I take.
