Horizontal communication within regions is available and present but due to remote locations this makes it difficult to BUILD work relationships. Maybe with proper coordination FSE's can visit other sites in their region throughout the year if they choose to enroll in a small leadership program to increase perspective and improve teamwork. More frequent surveys to continue improving company culture. There is an amazing focus and push for Customer surveys to be completed at the end of the month but there is no opportunity implemented to provide feedback from employees on a monthly basis. Whether or not its anonymous, this can improve retention rates and add value to communication between CCM and employee.

Great handling of pandemic

The company really listened to its people when it came to handling the pandemic. After starting out in the office with masks, the company was fast to shift to remote work for all but essential people. They were earlier than most to do this. They also have started to implement more flexibility for the employees.

It seems that healthcare is getting hit pretty hard by the pandemic so we are not sure what the future holds. They tell us they expect it to get better.
