The marketing efforts were expected to be fragmented so lot of scope to bring structure and try your own ideas. Very friendly environment. Nobody shuts you down if you come up with bizzare ideas. Every idea is taken seriously and talked about how it will work. We are given freedom to try out on our own. | Lack of structure or lack of any efforts to bring a structure may leave you baffled at time. But that is startup culture. We cannot have a process until we try out everything.
