I found that working with the children to be exciting and enjoyable. Interactions with the staff were easy and questions thoroughly answered. Unfortunately, Covid with age issues were the reason for my furlough. The culture within the center is dependent on the director and the leadership they give. Each center runs differently based on the franchise owner and their style. You can tell when the director is empowered or when they are hamstrung. There is very little upward mobility in most franchises. Overall, rewarding work with families. Friendly staff and a comfortable and well kept workspace I am happy to be working with children again. The staff are all friendly and have been extremely helpful. The overall atmosphere is very cordial. The workspace is appealing and precautions have been taken to avoid the spread of COVID-19. The Center Director is efficient, flexible, kind and considerate.
