There are engineers there who know everything a company needs to know to design and build a WWTP, so if you ever get stuck, there's always someone to ask and everyone is open to questions. There are also a lot of roles that you can find yourself in which allows you to learn on many fronts. No two clients or projects are the same. Most people here are great to work with and you are not micro-managed. Clients/projects can be very demanding, which can take a toll on your personal life at times. Not unusual in this industry.
