Hi All, I have actually felt sorry for myself that why I have made it so late to review the great organization, "SynapseIndia". I am actually not adding a review as I am a good storyteller I am sharing a story. So let's start..... My journey started with SynapseIndia in 2016 as a fresher and yes, to be honest, it was very good and professional. I had a great time working with my team members and they have welcomed me as a family member, not as a team or an employee. Down the line I got promoted too and sooner I got the chance to be an important part of the sales team as I was core responsible for the project closures. I was doing good with the collaboration of the team and my manager and everything was going fine. As it was around 4 years and 2 months and as change is the law of nature I just thought that let's explore some new options as everybody needs both personal and monetary growth and for the same, I put down my papers. My notice period is of 3 months (SUGGESTION: SALES GUY'S HAS NOTHING FOR KT, SO INSTEAD OF 3 MONTHS OF NOTICE GO FOR ONE) and you all won't believe that those 3 months for me was very soothing and relaxing as it was covid-19 pandemic and I have literally seen the situation of a notice period guys at Synapse. But as SYNAPSE is SYNAPSE and there is nothing that would change there...so their real face comes at the end. Even after serving the 3 months of the notice period the so-called competitor list (SUGGESTION: PLEASE AGAIN RECHECK THE LIST, YOU ARE EVEN NOT CLOSER BY AN INCH IN MANY OF THE COMPANIES LISTED THERE) is being provided to me a day before my releveling. I just thought it's okay and nothing to worry about as the organization I was going to is not on the list. The next day, I head to the office and I met the HR (TRUE FACTS: THE HR AT SYNAPSEINDIA ARE GREAT YOU KNOW WHY AS THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING. EVEN FOR GRANTING A LEAVE THEY ARE BOUND TO ASK THE LEADERSHIP TEAM), the HR asked me what's the organization name you are going to and I replied that I am going to XXXX company. After that, she searched the competitor list and said that good your company is not listed in the list so you are fine to join the organization. She further said that there will be an exit interview you need to appear for and after that, you can go, I just thought great it seems the lockdown has treated them well and the policies are good enough now but no I was wrong. HR has asked me to come office at 11 AM, I was there at 10:45 and my exit interview was conducted at 6:30 PM and literally, the person who needs to conduct the interview was so free that he can even count the tiles square of that floors. Nonetheless, I gave myself a pat that everything will be fine soon but no again I was wrong. The interview went very well the person greeted me with the best of luck for the future. After that, I was called by HR and again that drama, it was very hard to say goodbye bla bla bla and yes now comes to the TRAILER..... HR TOLD ME THAT YOU CAN'T JOIN THAT COMPANY AS IT IS IN THE COMPETITOR LIST, I said you yourself have checked in the morning and how come you can say that the company is in the comp. list and you all won't believe what happened next the HR has printed an updated list and had added the company I was going to join and then I was literally threatened that if you join this company we will file a legal case and will not give the F&F. Somehow without any trouble, I managed to exit the company and have joined another company that was not even on the updated competitor list. Even after that, they have exhausted 10 days to email my relieving letter. But still, the story doesn't end here... F&F is a fair amount and I was just waiting for the 45 days to complete as it's a policy over there that they will release the fund after 45 days. Even after following the same and calling up around 40 to 45 times they have released my funds and guess what that too in 2 parts.
