It is by far one of the best company to work. Below are few of the pros - Excellent Work Environment Synerzip provides very employee friendly work environment right from flexible working hours to working from home. Synerzip HR team & BU heads are cooperative, easily approachable & open to suggestions. The policies are also employee friendly. The work culture slightly varies from one BU(Business Unit) to other however it's still enjoyable and better than most of the companies. There is an occasional water cooler politics on higher level but employees and their work doesn't get affected at all. Good Technical Growth There are usually short lived projects but these are the projects which gives you exposure to uncharted waters which is crucial in terms of technical growth. Yes, one might be comfortable with the tech stack he/she has been working with but Synerzip focuses more on building T shaped skills rather than mastering just a single skill. So if you are a Java Developer and you are interested in full stack or front end tech stack, just let your team lead know and they will be happy to give you the role under the supervision of UI lead and vice versa. Nice Pay & Good Salary Structure. Synerzip pays better than more than 80% of companies. If you are good in what you do then company will ensure that your enumeration is always good and up to date with market rate. The attrition rate is ultra-low in company and people usually stick around for 3-4 years before jumping out. You will see so many people with 9-10+ years association with Synerzip. Company also tries to match your offer in case if you are leaving just for a good pay but you can't really exploit this as they will happily let you go second time if you pull the same trick again. The payment structure is simple and FIXED. Yes there is NO VARIABLE component at all. Also the basic pay and in hand salary is higher as compared to other companies with same CTC. Nice Infrastructure & Recreational Activities. Synerzip from time to time organized recreational activities on company level and/or BU level such as one day picnics to Sinhagad/Khadakwasala, team lunch/dinner, overnight BU outings with adventure/sports activities etc. Apart from that they have recreational hall where people can entertain themselves with indoor sports like TT, carrom, chess etc. There is also an annual sports competition and the prizes would be distributed in the annual cultural events in which there would be many performances. It gives employees an opportunity to showcase their talent in sports, music, singing, dancing etc. They also used to have a gaming room where people can go and play on XBox 360 and Playstation Or bring their laptop and play multiplayer games like AoE, CS etc. They also have a good cricket team and the management including CTO & HR are always encouraging and motivating people to be part of such activities. There aren't much of cons from employee perspective but still mentioning - Too many chances for under-performing employee - Sometimes they don't fire the employee not performing well but instead they keep on giving chances to the person by making he/she work in different areas and tech stack hoping that the employee would pick up things. The side effect of this is which ever project this person goes, it frustrates the other teammates since they have to tolerate and sometimes work for this person. No long term onsite - If you dream of working onsite for long term don't join Synerzip. Period. Avoid hiring people with similar skills even when lot of people with same skills are on bench from different BUs. Don't keep the under-performing employees on payroll for too long. Some people with many years of experience are credit hungry and sometimes steal the spotlight from deserving ones.
