There is a significant disconnect between executive leadership's vision and what is pushed down to the individual contributors. Leadership makes rash decisions in order to get revenue in quarter, this and the want to keep 3rd part commitments to a minimum in order to support selling the company has lead there to be an ongoing pressure to improve profit margin at any cost. Once metrics were figured out on employees, layoffs started immediately. It's a legacy business with legacy processes in place. There is a lot of work to be done if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, and to management's credit, they've been trying to fix things. Very inclusive and they care about their employees. If you're looking for a mature company with processes set in place, this isn't the right company for you.
