Bad management & low pay

There are some great people who work there, but the management is terrible and the pay does nothing to make up for it. We were forced to use scripts that didn’t work so we couldn’t hit our (high) goals.

The work life balance was amazing. The compensation seemed to be lacking. The company as a whole seemed to be very nice and understanding. The corporate culture seems to now be taking over what was once a great company.

I worked at Syracuse Media Group in the High School Sports section during high school. I really enjoyed this job because it allowed me to work with sports statistics, and I'm a huge sports fan. The work environment was face paced but not stressful, and all of my co-workers were pleasant people. Overall, it was a great experience.

-Sales & Operation are not on the same page.
-Old school management style will not work in the new company strategy.
-Management needs to be trained on how to treat employees.
-Sales quote is unrealistic, the company makes 126% to yearly goal, but the sales reps are missing #'s by at least 20%.
- They are starving the AE's with not paying commission
-Turn over is very high because of not paying commission.
-The President is great, and not sure he is aware of his what his middle management team is doing behind the scenes.
Hope he finds out before its too late.
