-Most of the language of the 5-star review is the same.

Say No to Bond

According to me, there are lots of cons but the biggest of them is the service agreement or Bond. For every new joiner, they ask to sign a service agreement for X years and they also forced you to have to submit a non-dated cheque of Y lakhs (big money) at the time of joining.
Service agreements are legal in India and they are there to protect employers to cover the training cost that was required to give to the new employee. But what most companies do (especially IT companies) is they use this thing to bond the employees to work for them for some years, and Systango is one of those companies which uses this in the wrong way.
These are the points that most people miss while signing the bond (please read them carefully)-
1. Whenever you got the offer from Systango, irrespective you are fresher or experience, they ask you to sign the bond for some X years and to submit a cheque for Y lakhs rupees(Big money). Now, the first mistake that almost everyone does is that they don't bother to know about the legality of their bond. Let me tell you, Systango's bond is completely illegal. It is just meant to trap you for X years.
2. How can you verify this by yourself? Very simple, Google it! Know as much as you can about these service agreements and also you can consult any lawyer about it.
3. You would be very surprised to know that signing the service agreement doesn't mean that you can't leave the company before a certain period instead it just says you can leave the company before that period by paying the training cost that was incurred by the company initially to train the employee.
4. But what if the company hasn't spend anything on your training and still you have the service agreement with them? That's exactly where Systango bond proves to be illegal. Their bond is not linked with training. It's is to trap you to work for them on their conditions.
My advice to all those who about to join this company or looking to join is to ask questions to their HR team about proof of the training cost against the amount of cheque that they want you to submit and I am 200% sure that they will not be able to provide you anything.
In desperate of getting a job or salary hikes, we just ignore lots of these kinds of tricks that these employers play.
Here is my one more catch, Systango asks every new joiner to sign their bond but I have seen some new joiners who joined without bond! How? Because they just simply say No! a Big No to bond in the face of their HR and guess what happens, they got the job without bond.
Just understand this, Systango wants employees, talented employees. Whenever an employee left, the company has to fill the place quickly, otherwise, they will keep losing lots of billable hours for their live project and they need you very desperately. If you think you got the right skills, have confidence in your abilities, be patient, you will get a job without bond.
So, if you are also in the same situation, just say "No to the bond". Keep faith in your skills.
