There was one general zoom call with several other new hires a couple of weeks after I started where they shared some company history, showed the new people where some resources were located with a few links on a one-pager, but that was it. The hardest part about onboarding is not knowing what you need to know. I know that I want medical benefits, so I can ask around and find out when and how to sign up - that is straightforward. But it would have been nice to have someone show you around and explain how things work, start you off with a list of a few people you should meet, share more details about what your job IS now that you're actually here, etc. They really need to get better at this. Nice people, competent professionals, great portfolio of past and present clients. Onboarding 0.0 0.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 3.0 4.0 2.0 Feb 20th, 2023 03:24PM Feb 20th, 2023 03:24PM T3
