There was one general zoom call with several other new hires a couple of weeks after I started where they shared some company history, showed the new people where some resources were located with a few links on a one-pager, but that was it. The hardest part about onboarding is not knowing what you need to know. I know that I want medical benefits, so I can ask around and find out when and how to sign up - that is straightforward. But it would have been nice to have someone show you around and explain how things work, start you off with a list of a few people you should meet, share more details about what your job IS now that you're actually here, etc. They really need to get better at this. | Nice people, competent professionals, great portfolio of past and present clients. | Onboarding | 0.0 | 0.0 | 4.0 | 4.0 | 3.0 | 3.0 | 4.0 | 2.0 | Feb 20th, 2023 03:24PM | Feb 20th, 2023 03:24PM | T3 | |||
