* Some of the management team have terrible people skills. There were a lot of unprofessional fights between managers in the midst of their employees.
* A lot of people seemed to be there to pay their mortgage and keep their heads down.
* Felt like I was hired to help some senior engineers who had not asked for help and did their best to ignore me.
* During an electrical fire scare the CTO told us to keep working, even as the alarms were going off and the other companies in the building were evacuating.
Unless you're desperate for a paycheck keep looking. If you look at these reviews overall a lot of the glowing ones are from current employees. I wouldn't be surprised if they were "highly encouraged" to leave good reviews. The company is small enough that reviews really aren't anonymous, and I wouldn't be leaving a review if I was still working there.
