Tallwave values job/work/life balance to the highest degree, which in turn keeps their employees from getting burned out. There was always an opportunity to speak your opinions, voice concerns, and ping pong ideas across teams and across hierarchy within the company. They strive for innovation first and foremost, and will take any creative means possible to achieve greatness. This is what sets them apart from other digital marketing agencies. I immediately felt the same the day I started working here. Direct managers have a huge sense of concern for the well-being of the employees and the c-suite is constantly raising morale and appreciating hard-work. The employees are talented, but upper level management/leadership is extremely lacking. It is a dysfunctional environment at best. They try to offer 'fun' perks, but when you cut through the 'fluff', all that is left is a chaotic and bumbling mess. There are talented employees there.
