If you can do buttering of manager and can do company's household chores like cleaning water tank,vending machine and serving tea/coffee to managers ,bringing food for them,fixing wires ,changing CPU,mouse and in cleaning office then it's good for you.

1. You will be treated like a gadhaa..
2. Directors feel like they are rajanikant.
3. Your whole life will move around prove yourself...either way you do lots of work but your one mistake can make through out of office.
4. Directors want only 3 thing productivity productivity productivity.
5. They will talk you more by different-2 talking activity to read you and then after they will apply their thoughts.
6.You can be fired at any moment and will not get salary as well.

One can learn politics here. Which may help you personaly

1. False promises.
2. Your hard work is useless for the company. They can throw u out of the company any time.
3. Worst review process. I compeleted 6 projects in a year still they said that ur performance is not good. They believe only their old chamchas (Team leads and team lead ka chamcha).
4. No salary hike. They will give you only 2 or 3 thousand rupee hike and encourage you in first aparaisal, you will start working harder for the next appraisal. But in next appraisal either you will be fired or will get no appraisal.
5. Directors think they are most intelligent persons in the universe. They will treat you as if you know nothing.
6. All the credit of your work will be taken by your T. L. or his chamcha.

A list of cons i experienced some of them are
1. Both director of this companies are dictators.
2. No Job assurity, you can be fire any time.
3. Quality of product is too poor because each developer there can do 2 month task in 10 days then you can expect what will be quality.
4. No Employee benefit, Management says you should plan your leave which is one in a month. I don't think who can plan single leave for whole month, there can be 100s of reason for urgency.
5. Poor review process, Only Chamchaa rocks there.
6. Normally you have too work 11 hours a day. Very high work load.
