This company has gone through several rounds of layoffs which they did not disclose during my interview. They also threatened to cut staff pay by 20% recently. They will offer you worthless stock options in exchange for salary, but stear clear the company is going nowhere. The company lacks vision or leadership. leadership refuses to look inward to their contributions to why the company is in such a bad state.
They have no plans or ability to execute on strategy and they will blame you for it.

There are opportunities for growth within the company if you know who to speak to and how to speak to them and showcasing hard work and dedication. I was laid off and I was not upset about it. If you are a scrappy, smart and tenacious individual you will be just fine in this environment. If you get hired and you very subtly realize that this company doesn't have their stuff together just remember this.... What company really does?
I recommend TE to anyone who wants to tested once they get to Management or Client Management level in OPS. You have to be on your A game and if you don't move on. This company requires top level talent to get to the next level. It deserves top level talent.
