No clear communication between employees and management. You never know what is going on in the company unless it has to do with sales numbers. Poor compensation plans for sales representatives. Poor handling during pandemic including forced leaves of absence and eventual lay-offs of highly qualified individuals with long tenures, with absolutely no compassion from management. Conference call lay-offs were very impersonal and cold. Accounts were handed to other sales people based primarily on who management perceived to be in more need of the job, pay, and benefits versus actual qualifications and tenure.
