Overall product design done without any industry use cases in mind. So you cannot expect some basic functionality in the product.
Not many experts in the domain, the architect and the product owners don't know the DNS DHCP protocols and use cases.
All the development work is done by copying other competitors or by integrating opensource projects. No innovation or creativity at all.
There is no one named as CEO for the company and there is no proper identity for the founder (Looks like he works else where and operate TCPWave)
As company with no innovation, no creativity and not much domain knowledge there is no understanding of the future of the product and the industry. Not to mention the number of product flaws which itself takes lot of time in development to fix them. Often the old developers are called to help understand the issue and the development work done by them.
No culture, poor management and employees are not treated well. Many employees are 3 to 4 years old who are left with no choice. Talented hires leaves the organisation pretty soon.

Flexibility, innovation and creativity are the core fabrics of company. The core product has a complex design and it takes a few weeks to understand all the moving parts. Developers without good fundamentals and work ethics find it hard to survive in this fast paced work environment. A strict SDLC process is followed. Turnover is minimal. Total comp is at the industry standard. A sick employee is never forced to work. Silos are removed and all the developers know what the team's monthly targets are. Every month, the entire team celebrates in a good restaurant. Management is not particular about the number of hours that a developer works. They care about the quality of work. Extra care is taken with the women employees. Management ensures that women are not forced to stay late nights. This company is meant for people who like to prove themselves and grow with the enterprise. No two days are the same. Lethargic and sacked out mind sets soon find out that they don't belong here.

Constantly changing requirements must be streamlined. There has been improvement on this but there is a scope of improvement.
