Remote and diverse environment, good benefits. New management and leadership is abhorrent. There is a staggering lack of transparency. Content production has nearly ceased entirely, which renders the company useless to educators. No one is getting better when there is nothing to help them do so. The company is now focused on creating products and services for teachers that will have a direct impact in the classroom. While the ways of the past were good for that period in time...it is refreshing to have new leadership that has new ideas. Some members of the team that built Tch are no longer with the company. Most of the employees have been let go with no warning, and they are running on a bare-bones staff. Hectic and often disorganized. Inventing processes ad hoc.
