They have good project. No other Pros I found

Dirty stain on my resume. first time I came to know a company can exist without internet connection also, 1 month without internet even water was also not available..., they judge you on the basis of their imagination,without giving any chance they already decided you can't do this or that.If you only option to join this company, in that case also I never suggest anybody this is the right choice.

I am working her since last 3 years and the crux is, if you are serious about your career you are at correct place.

This is a product based company. You'll get to learn how to work as full stack developer.
There is enough to learn if you want to actually work hard and achieve success technically and economically.
Teamwork is the key to success here.
They follow the open-book management style. They make you're you are aware of any strategic changes are being made.
I have always found them open for feedback.
The appraisal process is way better than may big companies in the market.
In this COVID situation, they have managed to keep going in a normal way.

One year agreement with the company - but it has been a good option for me as I am always looking for good work and stability.
I expect more team-building exercises.

- I am writing this review to warn people. If any of the following things I listed out in the 'cons' section happen to you, I would strongly advise you steer clear.
|
- I got a call from this company claiming they were interested in my resume. A few immediate red flags:
1. Did not set up a time for a proper interview
2. Did not ask anything about my experience (no detailed conversation.)
3. What really did it for me was the 'service fee' they ask for the training they give you to 'connect with clients'

Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company.
|
1- Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day.
2- No working environment.
3- No employee engagement programs.
4- HR have no idea why they are hired for.
5- No vision of the company.
6- Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month.
P.s - Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace.

1- If you are an average working employee too, you get a good increment.
2- Small Company, so the environment amongst employees is friendly.
3- Good for Freshers - Lot of the work which equals to lot of the Learning.Experienced are only doing repetitive works.

1- Only for the Early stage career employees (< 3 Years).
2- Saturday working. Alternate Saturdays are working and Alternate off.
3- You can say One-Man company to this organisation. If CEO doesn't like anything then there will be no one who can only ask for a bit change. Because mid-management agrees on everything without considering anything, iff the proposal is from CEO.
4- Mid-Management is too bad that they don't care about your opinions/suggestions. They don't even ready to listen anything even if it is normal thing to do because they all fear too much from their Boss.
5- You have to provide the bank cheque of the amount equals to your CTC in your very first year, which will not be clearly informed you until you joined the organisation. Then on each increment too, if you're ready to be in the bond with the organisation, you have to provide the cheque of the amount which equals to your incremented CTC.
6- Zero Job Security - They can fire you anytime, doesn't matter how much experienced you're with the company. Can apply cost-cutting strategy anytime they need and say to you don't come from tomorrow.
7- But the funny thing is that they can hire you again in a day or in a month when they find that they made a mistake by firing you and you are really important for them.
8- Higher Management can abuse you, if they are not happy with you and your work.
9- Company doesn't provide anything special if employees are working late night even for a female employee.
10- No transparency with policies. They can change policies in a month, day or in an hour without any consent of employees.
11- I won't lie, if I say that you will feel trapped sometimes in that culture.
12- No innovation in the work.

I worked 3 years in Tekege solutions. If you have will to learn then it is a great place to work. I don't think that any other company gives you a great hike in your salary.
