There was no discipline plan for misbehaving students, students were allowed to walk the hallways, there was no attendance verfication. school was seperated into two buildings, no one in charge of the 6-12 building. Nepotism, certified teachers were used to plan fund raising event while their students were allowed to roam the halls, sit in other classes, or sit in assigned class unmonitored.
