- Instead of spending time doing nonstop reporting and analytics on the portfolio, actually go talk to your guys on the ground and hear what people / process problems they are facing
- Throw out Workday - it takes 6-7 steps and 1-2 hours to get a single thing done - you might as well replace all your employees and hire a firm of procurement experts
