I was excited about the company and to be part of something growing. I was recently laid off due to "restructuring". This has happened twice in less then a year. We are a small team of 15 people. How small do you want to get. We were already doing 3 peoples job. They dont value their employees at all. I would say great staff but upper management does not know how to run a company. It really is one day you're IN, one day your OUT. They brag about how CHEAP they can get labor. It's horrible.
