Pay is abysmal. Expect you to do management's job but refuse to promote unless you move teams, and even then will often "promote" without a raise. HR/accountability culture is nonexistent. Value outside hiring instead of investing in people already working there.

Management, give some type of leadership or guidance to your employees. Don’t lean on your title and be absent. You are failing your employees but you’re also failing yourself. Stop teaching bad habits to your employees.
People leave promising companies because of bad HR and management. Give your employees, the managers they deserve and can respect. Look in the mirror & that may help the turnover rate.
